Introduction
The protection of your personal data is important to us. VISITABLE e.U. (Owner: Lena Potzinger, hereinafter "we" or "us") processes your data exclusively in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG). Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data (Art. 15); rectification (Art. 16); erasure (Art. 17); restriction of processing (Art. 18); data portability (Art. 20); objection (Art. 21); and to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at).
1. Website Hosting – Wix
Our website is built and hosted on Wix.com (Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel). When you visit our website, Wix automatically collects technical data including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and date/time of access. This data is stored in server log files and used to ensure website security and performance.

2. Cookies and Consent
Our website uses cookies – small text files stored in your browser. Some cookies are technically necessary for the website to function; others are used for analytics and marketing purposes and require your consent. You can manage, disable, or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

3. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to analyze how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect data such as pages visited, time spent, clicks, approximate location, device type, and browser. IP addresses are anonymized before storage. This data is processed on Google's servers, including in the USA. Google is an active participant in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Google.

4. Facebook Pixel / Meta Ads
We use the Facebook Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our website. The Pixel collects data about your behavior on our site and transmits it to Meta. This data may be processed in the USA. Meta is an active participant in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and uses Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Instagram
Our website embeds content from Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland). When you interact with embedded Instagram content, data including your IP address and browser information may be transmitted to Meta's servers. If you are logged into Instagram, Meta may link this data to your account.

6. Wix Chat
Our website uses Wix Chat, a live chat tool provided by Wix.com Ltd. When you use the chat function, your messages and any personal data you share (such as your name or email address) are processed and stored by Wix. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

7. Calendly
We use Calendly (Calendly LLC, 115 E. Main St., Buford, GA 30518, USA) to allow you to book appointments with us. When you book an appointment, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any other information you provide. This data is processed in the USA. Calendly is an active participant in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and uses Standard Contractual Clauses. We have concluded a DPA with Calendly.

8. Newsletter / Email Marketing
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and, if provided, your name. We use this data exclusively to send you our newsletter. Subscription is based on the double opt-in procedure: you will receive a confirmation email to verify your address. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or by emailing us at office@visitable.at. We retain your email address for up to three years after unsubscription to document your prior consent.

9. Contact Requests
When you contact us by email, phone, or via our contact form, the data you provide (name, email address, message content, phone number) is stored and processed solely to handle your inquiry and for related follow-up communication. Data is deleted once the matter is resolved and no legal retention obligations apply.

10. Social Media Profiles
We maintain profiles on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook. When you visit our social media profiles, the respective platform's privacy policy applies. We have no control over the data collected by these platforms. Where we are jointly responsible with a platform operator (e.g. Meta), we act on the basis of a joint controllership agreement pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR.
11. Data Transfers to Third Countries
Some of the tools we use (Google, Meta/Facebook, Calendly) process data in the USA. These transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2) GDPR, ensuring an adequate level of data protection.
12. Data Retention
We store personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law (e.g. tax and accounting records must be retained for 7 years under Austrian law).
13. Links to Third-Party Websites
Our website may contain links to external websites. We have no control over their content or privacy practices and accept no liability for them.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at www.visitable.at. We recommend checking this page periodically.
15. Complaints
